This letter is to thank you on behalf of the entire Goodyear family.
Selling my parent’s home was at times emotional and very stressful. In preparing the house, there were occasions when many of our fondest memories were brought back. Your professional help, open manner and personal approach were exactly what we needed to help us through this difficult time.
As you were aware, there were at least five agents willing to take on the challenge; however, there were none willing to take the time to understand the situation and to provide the help and guidance in preparing our home for sale. We truly appreciate your efforts in researching the market, developing awareness around the neighborhood and providing the right analysis for the selling strategy.
